Hi Richard,

Looks like you've got plenty of help on this one. I'll add that the Chrysler TSB No. 14-01-91 addresses the anti-theft (VTA) problem that you may be having. I have done several of these at the shop and a new SBEC is indeed the fix. Login to read more.
