Ok... here's the verdict. I had it towed to a GM dealer and it flashed without any problems using the GM MDI. They could not flash it with a Tech 2 for some reason. It's fixed and out of my hair. I've contacted the powers that be behind the Tis2Web J2534 usage... Login to read more.
