Hi Greg,

Pin #46 is the ground from the PCM to the sensors, and the test connector. You may want to check the voltage drop from #46 to #40,#20, etc. I had an Explorer last week with 300 mv drop from #46 to #40, and only 25 mv from #40 to batt negative. It wa... Login to read more.
