Aaron, go to data link connector. Pcm should provide ground for fuel pump relay coil at 37 in DLC. After you get it running take 37 to ground and see if fuel pressure remains. (should be 30-36 psi after 100 seconds of start). If it does you are losing PCM cont... Login to read more.
