I don't think 60 PSI is sufficient to open the poppet injectors. Open the return line and see if you have smooth, steady flow. Probably not. A weak pump is usually the culprit. The 7A current draw seems low to me. I usually see 9 to 11A. Could he have damaged ... Login to read more.
