ok. again it might sound like a dumb question but i asked it anyway a while back regarding a 98 k1500, 5.7L. just like the ford, it shouldnt open until its driven. the egr on that truck is supposed to dump the vacuum when i apply throttle sitting in the shop.... Login to read more.
