Those 2 DTCs (KOEO) are related to the EGR valve position sensor voltage, not the vacuum solenoid circuit.

IIRC, there are 2 different position sensors (mounted atop the EGR valve), gray & white and each has a different closed voltage. I sus... Login to read more.
