Thanks to all, I was suspecting the vsv since it's electrical,I'll check its resistance & test the system on the dyno to [...] again. Incidentally, older(95 & down) s series saturns have interm egr vsv issues too ,tending to set Quad driver codes 26& 27. Login to read more.
