Normal main bearing cap bolts will need to be replaced as well as the rod [...] the cross bolts are reusable as read in the [...] several years since I rebuilt a 4.6 and we used aftermarket hi-performance bolt/stud kits that had all new fasteners on that job. Login to read more.
