yes, drilling a hole befoe the cat is the method i use. if you have a emissions machine you run at 2000 for 2 minutes, quickly disconnect the ignition then crank and if the HC spikes to over 500ppm within 5 seconds you have a cat that doesnt work to good. Also... Login to read more.
