Scott the 12 volts on the dark blue and orange will come from the pcm so unplug the pcm to see if it drops to 0 not the sensor. If it drops to 0 move on to checking the other two wires at the sensor. If it originates at the pcm then it should be pulled to gro... Login to read more.
