Part of the problem lies w/ getting the penatrant(whatever is used) does'nt make it down to the ground cap inside the cylinder. I used carb cleaner for 1.5hrs and then PB for and additional 30min. on a room temp engine. The caps were still dry after I extracte... Login to read more.
