Just in case you don't understand how it works:

When the PCM "thinks" EGR may be needed, it turns on the solenoid 100%. It ain't modulated. The EGR is self regulating based on exhaust pressure.

Put the right valve on it. No aftermarket crap. You'll fix it.... Login to read more.
