Johnny: If Tech 2 is connected the fuel signal is not modulated by BCM (PZM) when sent to IPC over Class 2. Also, if I remember correctly, if tank is filled with key-on the anti-slosh function is disallowed and fuel guage will be busy until next key cycle.
