Intermittent extended crank

Guys:

Working on this unit that has an intermittent, extended crank issue. When this condition occurs, the exhaust emits black smoke. I have checked the fuel pressure- KOEO: 37 psi, KOER: 28 psi. This was observed with front or back tanks. Checked cam sensor... Login to read more.
