Andy, when I quote a timing belt job I include all parts: timing belt, idler pulley(s), tensioner pulley, water pump, cam seal(s) and crank seals. On 4 cyl toyotas I include the oil pump to front cover o-ring. On those wonderful Subaru's I include the oil pump... Login to read more.
