When the under-hood temps are high and the car/van is shut off, the fuel in the rail has a tendency to boil. If the fuel pressure is lost, the fuel will boil readily. On the next start attempt, the vapor has to purge through the nozzles before it'll start up. ... Login to read more. ![]()
