Gery,so the scanner act as the input sigal and PCM be able to command these fans on.U may have a problem with the ECT(for PCM).When PCM see ECT cold it will not turn on the fan or AC [...] data said temp@240F,but what about the ECT voltage=.50V-.80V?or 3.0V-4.... Login to read more.
