Andrew: If you opened the W/Y (Disconected at Generator) the ELD is eliminated. Gen. should charge, if capable, but without ELD-PCM monitoring. Y/W should have a bias volt for PCM to take lo. If W/Y is not opened at gen. then a ground, external, anywhere along... Login to read more.
