I've seen these with the cam offset off by as much as 15 or 20 degrees and like you said you cant adjust it because its locked with a pin. Yep,,,,old "Backyard Mark" lol got the grinder, hammer, crowbar and whatever else i could find and made that SOB adjust ... Login to read more.
