Just an up date. Had an 01 Legacy in for an axle. I scoped the O2s while it was here [2001 Subaru Legacy, ECM/Inputs/Outputs waveform]. Appears to be PWM controled. Alldata shows the same wiring and flow chart for the code so I think the control is the same on... Login to read more.
