Faulty DPFE sensor comes to mind...

John, is the VREF (5v sensor feed) ok? Shorted sensor will usually affect the VREF or the SIGRTN circuits. Make sure that they are ok.

VREF should show at or near 5.0v and SIGNAL RETURN should be under 150mV.
