Make sure one of the heater hoses has a restriction in it. Check bulletin 98-12-12. Most have already had the hose update done. Most of the OE restritors are rubber lined 9/32" holes, not just drilled. Ford has a metal bodied 5/8" restritor F1UZ-18D406-A, but ... Login to read more.
