I have V111 and this is what works for me. Load the cd and connect the vcm to a 2005-2008 Land Rover or a 1996-2008 Jaguar and open the LR/Jag IDS program. A screen will tell you that the VCM has an update. Click on the tick tab and the VCM updates the firmwar... Login to read more.
