Jim that p0340 probably is a bad CMP synchronizer and sensosr. Try to unplug it and check comunication. The 700 codes are? Possibly a bad PRNDL/MLPS sensor on the trans. Have replaced many due to wierd electrical troubles. Also check PCM grounds. Login to read more.
