You state that a new PCM was installed. Was it a NEW or Chrysler reman? Reason I ask is that I just worked with a guy a few weeks back on a similar vehicle (01 Dodge Van 2500) that the tech used 3 Chrysler reman PCM's all failed to ground the coil. Af... Login to read more.
