[1975 Oliver] [1975 Other HD 1550, Engine/Propulsion photo] 1975 Oliver tractor. Won't idle and has a governor. Does anybody have any idea how to adjust or service the governor? It stalls out when trying to lower to idle speed. Login to read more.
