Thanks--12.4 volt at battery--if and when it cranks it drops to 10.2. When it doesn't crank no vlotage drop and no volt(test light will not light) at small wire at starter. Brand new battery. Scan tool will not read those dtcs--have a dodge tech coming over to... Login to read more.
