California Emissions/Need convertor(s)
We have a 1998 Lexus ES300 setting code P0420 and has California emmisions. We have confirmed the catalytic convertor(s) are faulty but need know if we have to use the front pipe with California emmisions or will the federal one work/not reset the engine light... Login to read more.
