That solenoid should have a "pull" and a "hold" circuit (2 12volt circuits), its not uncommon for the "pull" part of the solenoid to get weak. Make sure you have good voltage to the pull side when cranking and a good ground to the solenoid. If you don't work b... Login to read more.
