Can anyone tell me the purpose of the piece indicated by the arrow in this drawing? [1992 Ford Explorer, Safety drawing] It seems to be a chunk of lead weight that was attached to a plate by rubber. It came loose and tore up the horn and cruise wiring. Login to read more.
