Hi Merle,

The engine in question was an SOHC V6 3.0L Mitsubishi engine, and on these (as well many of the Japanese nameplates), have a small lifter in the rocker arm itself. The lifter is in direct contact with the top of the valve, not on the follower/cam s... Login to read more.
