EVAP Operation for 1994 3.4 V6's

One of my customer brought his son's 1994 Firebird in with a 3.4 V6 (OBD I)

He said the MIL lamp was on, but his son had the PCM replaced while he was in college to get past Ohio E-Check. Consequently, whatever code(s) were set are gone.
