No the flush itself didnt "cause" the trans failure, but the "flush" may/will dislodge clutch material, ect. to clog the filter, solenoids, valves, ect. Imagine a pan full of material and stirring it up so the filter picks it [...] the trans "WAS" on its way o... Login to read more.
