There appears to be a problem with the 40 PPR signal from the VSS or the PCM's interpretation of it. If the vehicle speed PID agrees with true vehicle speed, it would appear that the PCM is interpreting the 2002 PPM signal correctly. This would warrant a scope... Login to read more.
