I just did a 2000 Legacy with a 2.5, specs on that were Intake 0.20 +/- 0.02mm{0.0079+/- 0.0008in} Exhaust 0.25 +/- 0.02mm{0.0098+/- .0.0008in}

Worked fine with those specs. Good luck,
