02 Dakota Headlamps
Greetings all. I have a Dakota with a headlamp issue. The headlamps don't work with the key off and light switch on. The headlamps work normally with the key on. With the key off and light switch off, there is a steady 9.8 volts at the headlamp bulb connector.... Login to read more.
