Mike is this a Cherokee or a GRAND Cherokee? If it is a Cherokee,the blend door actuator is mounted at the bottom of the evap case near the trans tunnel. It's held on with two screws and can be removed in vehicle. I have seen them fail, usually full of coolant... Login to read more.
