Re: cluster inop and no BCM communication
Try disconnecting the AC control head. If the cluster starts working, examine the ground wire terminal in the HEVAC connector for heat stress. If it's OK, replace the control head. You can get the connector from Chrysler. Let me know if you need the PN. Login to read more. ![]()
