AJ-V8 engine - Nykasil-coated cylinders?

Hello

I have at shop a just 28k miles 2003 supercharged S Type R with abnormal engine blowby. With ventilation valve hose unplugged is possible to see a lot of oil vapor. Oil consumption is high than normal too. No driveability concerns yet.
