For what its worth, I just pulled a 2006 F150 in with a 2valve 4.6L and found it to have the square MAF. So its likely that the square sensor for some 2005 and then 2006 up. Voltages at idle looked normal. But, I didn't really have a chance to mess with it bec... Login to read more.
