Daryn, If that was a 2.0 pickup motor you just described bad rings. Very common problem. Warm start is usually okay. I'd check or better yet change 'em and end the flail. The leakdown on the 2.0 was always okay but the oil rings were junk! HTH Good luck Login to read more.
