Fixed!!!! Flasher didn't do it, was the switch. I took it apart and cleaned the contacts and put in fresh dielectric grease. Original stuff had gone black and burnt. Usually I would just replace the switch, but it was easy to get out, and it was a relative, so... Login to read more.
