OK Robert..does the stepper motor control the speedo MPH needle ? I have replaced a few GM clusters for stupid problems. But cant remember if one was for inactive speedo. I've seen some tach's stuck on 7 grand ( I think it was 7 )..at least i REMEMBER that one... Login to read more.
