I'm with Karl on this one. Try changing fluid to mercon. We had a guy change a p/s pump on a 95 taurus and the fluid would boil right out, it was driving him crazy. I got the vehicle and looked at the fluid, it didn't look right so I flushed the p/s fluid out ... Login to read more.
