Karl, the problem with 94 and 95 years is everyone was getting ready to implement OBD II so in a 95 Cav you could have had a PCM or an ECM. The PCM being reflashable and the ECM having the replaceable PROM. Good question, but trying to help over the phone alwa... Login to read more. ![]()
