DTC Flash Readout Problem, 93 Mercedes 190E
I am trying to read out the DTC's from the CIS-E on this car
but the LED on the impulse counter tool remains on (lit) at
all times when connected to the CIS-E terminal on the diag.
test connector in battery compartment (testing at KOEO and
KOER).
