Cummins engines(HD apps) can be regenerated stationary using "ECM diagnostic tests" with Cummins Insite. I don't know how Chrysler(your application of the ISB) handles this(not Cummins ecm or calibrations). Cummins aborts Passive regen below 15mph. Login to read more.
