I think a circiut fault would set a P0122 or P0123. P0121 is a PERFORMANCE DTC. MOD indicates that the RATIONALITY has to be "off" for quite a long time for that DTC to set. Greater than 10 seconds IIRC. Not typical of a harness issue IMHO.
