Cam sensor not in time will set P0340 and cause hesistation/stumble.

As stated the upper intake O-rings and bolts like to leak,especially when cold.

Dirty/semi failed MAF sensor will cause cold stumble also. Look at the baro HZ pid,it should read 155-160 H... Login to read more.
